Deed Restrictions are being enforced. Please read your Declaration, CC&R's. Every homeowner should have got a copy when purchasing their home. If not, please click on the document tab on this website and you will find a copy there. 

Please take note that towing is being enforced for any vehicle parked on the street between the hours 12AM - 6AM, 7days a week. If your vehicle is towed, please call ABN Towing to locate your vehicle. All tows are at the owner's expense. Also, if you need to park on the street between 12AM - 6AM, please call 281-986-7055 and let Hamza security know and they will not sticker your vehicle.
